The 2022 Great Tree Hunt contest is over but the Tree Council is still interested in learning of any especially large trees. If you come across a large tree, measure its circumference at 4-feet above the ground, take a photo of the tree with yourself in the picture, and submit the photo and information below.
Submission Guidelines:
- Trees must be living and accessible.
- Tree size is determined by circumference (measurement around trunk) at approximately four feet from the base of the tree.
- After uploading your photo, enter your name, the type of tree, location of tree, and circumference measurement.
